Bluetooth: Mobile Audio Head Unit/Receiver with Bluetooth Technology

Why aren't there more audio head units (big brands that is) with Bluetooth capability? Alpine, Eclipse, Kenwood, Pioneer, what’s up? The Auto Manufacturers are offering this capability as a factory option and in some cases its standard equipment. I thought the aftermarket industry was supposed to be ahead of the curve.
