DVD and GPS: All-in-one device

So why is this available only in Japan? The all-in-one device by Fujitsu/Eclipse combines two points of view depending on whether you're the driver or passenger. The driver gets to see the Navigation system while the passenger gets to see a DVD movie. Just great!
