Cell phone: Keyless entry system

Keyless entry system
KeylessRide will unveil a new wireless interface platform at the 2006 CES which can make your cell phone work as a keyless entry system to your car. And it's plug & play!
KeylessRide is pleased to announce the unveiling of a plug-and-play system that allows a multitude of gadgets to operate a vehicle's original equipment (OE) keyless entry system.
The patent-pending OE Wireless Interface Platform was developed by KeylessRide
to provide consumers with innovative alternatives to the standard-issue
keychain remote that came with their car.

Products to be released on the new platform include bluetooth enabled cell phones, multi-vehicle "master" remotes, hands-free "passive" remotes for auto locking and unlocking of vehicle and wrist watch remotes. In addition, KeylessRide will launch a line of ultra-sleek, all-in-one key remotes typically found only on luxury vehicles.
