Saab: 9-5 with BioPower

Saab BioPower
Saab's alternative to hybrid cars uses an eco-friendly fuel and can also run on normal unleaded fuel, or a mixture of the two different fuel types.
The 2.0 turbocharged Saab 9-5 BioPower has 180bhp. There is a concept car with 310bhp to be shown at Detroit motor show using an upgraded version of the company's environmentally friendly engine that runs on ethanol produced from sustainable resources. The Saab BioPower model has the potential to reduce CO2 emissions by as much as 80%, without compromising safety, performance or comfort.
