Las Vegas startup Hybrid Technologies plans to unveil April 14 a ZERO-EMISSIONS sports car that goes zero to 60 in three seconds with a top speed of 200 mph. Called the LiX-75, the $125,000 car has solar panels to augment the massive lithium-ion batteries that are normally charged by plugging the car in for a few hours. The car is actually a Mullen GT, which has a gas engine and has been on the market for five years. But Mullen Motor is collaborating with Hybrid Technologies on the car, and they plan on producing a production version for sale.
