Audi: Fastest street car in the world

Our favourite brand did it again. The fastest street car in the world is (of course) an Audi.
Ok, not the standard Audi quattro, but a pimped one by John Sleath. It accelerates from 0 to 290 km/h in 7.988 seconds. Incredible!
Body: 1990 Audi Coupe, all steel original Audi panels,bumpers and glass.
Chassis: chrome moly double rail with four link and wish bone suspension built by John Sleath.
Struts: BMW 3 series with 60/40 dampening.
Shocks: Aluminium Koni's.
Brakes: BMW,Volvo and Ford hybrid.
Wheels: Image three piece rims
Tires: Mickey Thompson street legal full treaded tires.
Center section: Strange Ford 9" with 3 to 1 gears .
Half shafts: 35 spline by Strange.
Housing: Ford Lincoln shortened and built by John Sleath.
Exhaust: full 4" system with Flowmasters mufflers and 2 1/4" headers.
Engine: 508ci Chevy built by John and Geof Sleath.
Blower: Pro Charger D3R.
Engine management: F.A.S.T. fully map able ECU with 3 bar map senser.
Injectors: 160lb/hr x 8.
Heads: Weldtech Brodix-2.
Block: Aluminium K.B with 4.5" bore.
Crank: Crower 4" stroke.
Rods: 6.53" long Crower.
Pistons: 4.5" Ross with hellfire rings.
Cam: ground by Comp Cams to Rob Loring and John Sleath spec with 7.14" lift and 114 degree lobe center and well over 300 degrees of duration.
Torque: Converter: Neal Chance 10" Pro Mod.
Trans: 3 speed TH400 built by Mikes Transmissions.
Weight: 2960lb's with driver in Street Eliminator trim.
