Bluetooth: Hands-free kit Blue Ant SuperTooth II

Bluetooth Hands-free kit Blue Ant SuperTooth II
Although its name sounds more like an alien or a weapon this Bluetooth-based hands-free kit might be interesting for you for it's easy installation and mobility.
Blue Ant is now shipping the SuperTooth II, a hands-free speakerphone that you snap onto your car's sun visor using a magnetic clip. It's got a lithium-ion battery that the company says will give you 20 hours of talk time 800 hours of standby. Another key spec is its full duplex capability, allowing you to talk and hear someone talking to you at the same time.

What better place to put a hands-free cellphone than your car's visor? It's right there near your mouth. Plus you can quickly take the SuperTooth out of one car and snap it into another, or take it with you to prevent theft. Available now, it's $86.
