Toshiba 811T
If you use your cellphone in your car anyway you can as well use it for satellite navigation. Toshiba coes with a new model featuring GPS capability.

This 3G handset supports both W-CDMA and triband GSM, featuring an external OLED monochrome display as well as dedicated music control buttons on the outside which do not interfere with your phone calls. Other features include a 2.4" 262k color display on the inside, a 3.2 megapixel camera with LED flash, and a QVGA camera which are used for video conferencing purposes. A microSD card slot is available for you to carry up to 1GB of data. Connectivity options include GPS, Infrared, and Bluetooth.
