PS3: Pimp your ride

Sony Playstation 3 in car

Yes, Sony's upcoming flagship console is a topic for us car gadget lovers, too.

A custom Scion xA with a PS3 stuffed inside. The car has an ~20-inch Sony LCD in the rear window, thirteen LCDs up front, and Sony's Xplod series of auto subs that take up less space, but make more bass. [lyrics by Valerie]

The PS3 is running Gran Turismo on some embedded LCD or Plasma, and it sits in between half a dozen of those subs. Here I am wondering how much rumble it will take to make a Blu ray player skip.

The car is controlled by the six axis controller, too. Seems like the natural progression for drive by wire system.
